what a difference a week makes

It was 7 days ago that I put up the Blogging Libraries Wiki and in that time there have been 80 edits (not by me) — new blogs added (the majority), dead blogs removed, typos fixed, links fixed, recategorization where necessary. I can honestly say that in the two and a half years I have been maintaining this list, there hasn’t been a single week where I made that many changes myself!

Of course, it’s received a lot of airtime all over the biblioblogosphere (thank you!), which likely accounts for why it’s been edited so heavily in the past week. So, I’m not kidding myself that this level of activity will be sustained, but it does affirm that making the leap to a wiki was a good idea.
