OLA, done

Whew. I’m beginning to think that the quality of a conference is directly proportional to your level of fatigue by the end of it. I’m exhausted! I gave a session on IM to-day, the presentation is here and the handout is here. Here are the links to the staff training materials I mentioned as well (all pdf):

Hi Amanda,

This is exactly what I needed for training my co-workers in using MSN. Thanks! A few librarians at U Waterloo already provide MSN contact:

How are you dealing with mail received via the hotmail addresses used (or do you use your university email addresses)?

Cheers,

Hi Dan – glad you’re getting some use out of the materials! We used our campus email address for MSN. It works because it’s the same address we use for email ref anyway. Definitely the way to go, if you have that option.
