Here’s something I should have mentioned in the talk I gave today (but completely forgot to): WordPress.com, the free, hosted, WordPress alternative to BlogSpot (that, as of Monday, is no longer invitee-only). I created a test blog on it yesterday; the process was simple, streamlined, and stress-free. Particularly because it hasn’t [yet] been sucked dry of blog title options (nowadays, I’ve started warning people that the most time-consuming part of the BlogSpot set-up process they will go through is the part where they have to find a title/URI that hasn’t already been snapped up). Go, wordpress.com!

Is it worth changing from blogspot to WordPress? Is there a comparison of features somewhere?
