feeds for static pages

I’ve been wanting to set up feeds for the subject guides at my library and FeedTier might be just the thing (in theory; right now the site indicates that it’s “free for personal use” so I probably can’t use it for my library’s pages anyway). I’m in the process of putting together a case for a content management system and one of the givens has to be RSS feeds; until we get there, services like FeedTier are looking pretty good (except for that personal use caveat, of course).
